Revised applications have been submitted for the second floor rear dormer. This time there is no balcony. The LBC application 23/02783/LBC includes a drawing showing the proposed arrangement and the new dormer. The (FUL) planning application 23/02782/FUL does not include any engineering drawings but can be assumed to relate to identical proposals.
