Grange Fair Ticketed Activities
Make Mess Matter
Creating slime – a free, ticketed event at 1.30pm and 2.00pm at the rear of the library.
Cool Creatures
Come and see some really cool creatures. A free, ticketed event for a small group at 3.30pm in the library.
Nila Joshi
Henna designs. Come along and have a beautiful Indian design painted on your hand. Nila will be in the library. Donations welcome.   
The Creation Station
Nicola Lamond – The Creation Station Edinburgh South Morningside and Marchmont.
Try your hand at mask and crown making – £1.00 at the stall at the rear of the Library.
Stina Sparkles
Stina Sparkles face-painter will be in the library from 1.00pm to 4.30pm. Stina is bound to be popular and you should buy your ticket from Stina in the Library – £2.00
Tattoos and Badge Making
Free, outside the Library.
Pick a Straw Game
Pick 3 straws to see if you can win a prize. Table on the pavement outside the library. Tickets £1.00 at the game.
Lego Building
Outside 36 Foutainhall Road, opposite the Library. Donations welcome at the stall.
Games below are all on Fountainhall Road. Pay at the game or buy a strip of 5 tickets for £1.00 at the Information Point.
Bouncy Castle
3 tickets a go (60p) for children up to age 9.
Splat the Rat
1 ticket a go (20p)

Solid soap and shampoo handmade with ingredients that are biodegradable. Packaging is simple and limited and can be recycled or washed and reused.   
Bambu
Range of ethical, sustainable and plastic free products with minimal packaging sourced locally where possible. Supporting independent and local makers and businesses. Raffle to raise money for Social Bite, Keep Scotland Beautiful or Health in Mind with the profit raised donated to the charity voted by the public.

Handmade pottery thrown, hand built or sculpted. EPS also offers support and an affordable space for pottery enthusiasts to learn the skills and join our membership to develop, show and sell their work.

Hand-made craft items for sale created by members of the Morningside Library Craft Club, which meets every Wednesday evening (new members always welcome). Meet the makers and pick up a unique gift with prices to suit all pockets.
Newington Library Knitting Group
Come along to its table in the library and see what this knitting group gets up to at 6.00pm on a Wednesday evening in Newington Library. It is always looking for fresh faces!

There are substantial fixed costs to putting on the Grange Fair. The Council licences alone cost £1,200. Any amount you can donate will help towards these costs and ensure we can donate any profits to local causes.

Texts cost one standard rate message plus your donation. Our text donations service provider retains a 5% fee. You will be invited to confirm that your donation is eligible for Gift Aid which will increase the amount receivable by us.
