- a bundle of papers with a handwritten cover note regarding their origin and status and urging their inclusion in the archive. Includes minutes which may be duplicated elsewhere. loose leaflets and photocopies of publications from other organizations.

- 8 small exhibition panels illustrating the reasons the Grange should be designated a Conservation area;
- 7 good quality mounted photographs of the area;
- 4 poor quality b&w photocopies of aerial photographs of the area;
- 4 unmounted photographs of parts of the area and a printed A4 sheet of colour photographs of St Raphael’s;
- a clear plastic bag with captions from the exhibition;
- 4 photographs, annotated on the reverse, of various parts of the Grange, dated 25/10/93 and contained in a folded newsletter from Autumn 1992.
- 3 loose maps and one other document relating either to development proposals in the Grange or to the conservation status of the Grange in comparison with nearby areas.

- ‘Bankers box’ containing numerous miscellaneous bundles of papers. Notable bundles include minutes for meetings of the East Grange Association (E.G.A.), predecessor of the Grange Association, from 1975-1979, GA Committee meeting minutes from 1981-84 and 1988-92 and a folder created in 1995 gathering together an ‘Archive’ of the AGMs, minutes and constitution of the GA and the EGA. Also contains GA crosswords and details of musical evenings.
- ‘Library box’ containing a range of miscellaneous papers, mainly relating to roads and parking but also a variety of other topics in no obvious order. Some duplication of contents of other boxes. Some material in the folder labelled ‘Conservation since the Publication of the Report’ could be of interest.
