The new season of talks on the third Tuesday of the month at St Catherine’s Argyle Church, Grange Road, starts in October.
Tea/coffee is available before the talk begins at 7:30pm. Talks are free for members, there is a small charge for non-members.

17th October 2023 | Grigor Mitchell, lead architect on the Passivhaus Project next to the Avenue Store, will talk about the house and two other retrofit projets he is doing in the Grange area.  |  |
21st November 2023 | Alistair Hector, former Headmaster of Heriot’s, will speak about Edinburgh’s First Music Festival in 1815. A qualified Blue Badge guide, Alistair’s illustrated talk is based on a walk he led.  |  Alistair Hector |
19th December 2023 | Tim Hargreave, a retired Consultant Urology Surgeon, will speak on Art depicting the circumcision of Christ. No medical images will be shown, but several European Cathedrals, skullduggery and a Scottish surprise! |  Tim Hargreave |
