I saw on the Scottish News last night that Scotland’s percentage of recycling goods is a woeful 1.3%!
I certainly can’t imagine, in these time, there is an army of people picking through the contents of our green bins – at best, there will be a big magnet extracting the metals it can.
Grey bin contents goes to landfill, and I think the food bin contents burned maybe to produce energy
I’ve looked for the Zero Waste Scotland report mentioned but I can’t find it.
How can we get better?
Wait ,,, I’ve found it … the Circularity Gap Report.
