Fortunately there is enough room under the floors to be able to crawl on hands and knees quite easily. Does the Grange Association (or you) know of any reputable companies that could undertake such work expeditiously?”
I’d recommend giving the following flooring company a call, they specialise in sanding and repairing old wooden floors but I am sure they will know of some contractors who can provide advice on under floor insulation.
