A proposal has been received to change use from car sales (but more typically seasonal Christmas tree sales) to car valet with wash bay.
The application is: 26/03816/FUL
A lightweight PVC canopy on galvinized steel frame is shown with a pressure wash station of the type typical of those using a handheld car wash pressure hose with soapy water and rinse. Thus, the development may make some noise and attract traffic. Hours of business not known.
