The revised planning application was approved on 27 January 2026, subject to a legal agreement being put in place which will include several commitments by the developer, including the payment of a healthcare cointribution with each bedspace charged at 0.5 the rate of a residential unit (£1682.49). The conditions are set out in this notice to the developers.
